The Yard Project
The Yard Project is a Community Interest Company. We have a range of community groups, including pottery, pastels, arts and crafts, knit stitch and yarn, creative textiles. The groups are informal and friendly and everyone shares skills, respects and supports others. We also have events and one off sessions including willow weaving, bike recycling, felt making etc.
We are an Alpaca farm that has a small cafe and shop which sells handmade knitted, woven and gifts using Alpaca and natural yarn. Workshops held are weaving, spinning, natural dye, knitting and crochet. Summer Opening Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am to 4pm. Alpaca viewing Sundays only 10.30-3.30pm
Eye Arts Club
Arts club for children and young people 7 to 25 years old with and without additional needs. Sessions run by professional artists with support provided by volunteers. Themed projects include dance, drama, puppet and mask making, film and animation activities. New members welcome.
Produces multi-sensory interactive shows for people with profound and complex disabilities. Shows include music, dance, scent and touch and are delivered to small audiences of participants and carers by professional performers.
Inside Out Arts In Mental Health
Inside Out is an arts and mental health charity founded in 2003. We are committed to providing programmes throughout the year for people drawn to the therapeutic arts as a way of improving and sustaining their mental health and well being.

Mildenhall Leisure Club. Venue Jubilee Centre, Mildenhall is a club for adults with learning disabilities (unless fully independent must be accompanied by care support). PASTEL Community Interest Company
PASTEL actively supports disadvantaged people – living in rural East Suffolk – with personal development, life and employability skills training. It is a social enterprise, founded by parent / carers and managed by volunteers. We are committed to improving the life choices for our service users – to prevent social isolation, and help them move towards independence and lead fulfilling lives by playing a positive role in their communities. The Cut Arts Centre provides a wide variety of theatre, cinema, dance and music and offers many regular classes and art exhibitions.

Projects, activities, and a multimedia web site that celebrate and promote the Waveney and Blyth and its creative individuals, organisations and communities.
We provide a range of activities connected with the intimate social dance known as Argentine Tango – training in progressive classes from absolute novice to advanced levels and events for practice and social dancing such as Milongas.
DanceEast brings world class dance to the East of England, presenting a diverse programme of performances to widen audience experience. As well working with established choreographers/companies, DanceEast encourages emerging artists by providing training, support and performance opportunities. DanceEast has a developing programme of activities for children and adults with additional needs. Classes run weekly at the Jerwood DanceHouse.
Lagabag Cotswold Morris Dancers
We need new dancers and musicians. To dance we need physically fit people obviously-all musicians welcome, but need a degree of mobility as we often perform on fields at fetes etc, and move around from position to position. A very friendly and supportive group. Dances are taught, so no experience necesarry, but welcome.

HighTide Festival Theatre
The HighTide Academy is a three-week summer training opportunity for 12-21 year olds at The Cut, Halesworth. Led by professional directors, each week of workshops is focused on a different speciality in craft and explores a range of approaches to performance, text and making new work. Koan Arts CIC
Working with you, Koan Arts creates videos involving film and animation. We tailor our services to ensure that participants gain the most from the experience and we encourage as much “hands on” as possible. Our programmes won two national awards last year for their creativity and the fact that they were primarily developed by disabled groups.
We encourage students to undertake many roles within the filmmaking world, from scriptwriter to camera operator. Creating a positive atmosphere, students feel confident to contribute ideas, and produce a film that they have ownership. Offshoot has a wealth of experience with all ages, diverse backgrounds and varying abilities.

The Rabble Chorus
The Rabble Chorus is a community choir so absolutely anyone is able to join without audition or previous experience. The choir is really all about the enjoyment of community singing and is full of wonderful interesting people. We have two daytime groups and one evening group.
